The Readers' Page
Letters to The Post-Standard Readers' Page should be no more than 250 words, legible, and include your name, address and daytime telephone number. Longer letters will be considered for publication only if they are unusually compelling or well-written, or if the writer has special expertise in the subject.

Your may write to us by email, by fax or by mail. Please choose only one method.

  • Mail your letter to The Readers' Page, Box 4915, Syracuse 13221.
  • Fax your letter to 470-3081.
  • Email your message to letters@syracuse.com. In the "subject box," please type "Post-Standard letter." Don't forget to include your address and daytime phone number.

    Anything you send us becomes the property of The Herald Company, publishers of The Post-Standard. It will not be returned. Such a submission, to name a few examples, may be a letter to the editor, a cartoon, a photo, a poem and the like. Any such material may be excerpted, edited for length or content, and may be published or used in any other way, for example, in the Neighbors section or on Syracuse.com.
