We understand that funding for resources is not easy to come by. We offer NIE newspapers at an educational discount of $.12 ½ per copy - that's $3.50 per day for a set of 28 papers (The educational rate for the Sunday Post-Standard is $.44). If that's not in the budget, we will set your classroom up with a business or individual sponsor who has donated funds to pay for the newspapers. Just fill out the order form and indicate that you need a sponsor. We'll do our best to secure support for your classroom.

We require a minimum order of 150 newspapers over the course of an entire school year. The delivery schedule is entirely up to you, but we are available to help you choose the best schedule for your classroom's needs. A minimum of 10 papers per delivery per classroom or five papers per resource or special education room is required. Please contact us if you need an exception made to this requirement.

We want to make it easy for you to use the newspaper in your classroom. There are no rules for what you do with the newspapers in your classroom, but we provide several ideas and programs to help you get started.
